Warehousing
At IC Chip, we can safely store components in accordance with the appropriate MSL level in our ESD-certified warehouse and ship them to customers when needed, either on a one-time basis or an arranged schedule. Depending on individual requirements, storage periods can range from one week up to five years. This allows us to provide our customers with the option of bulk purchasing and storage, including flexible call-off of the items and custom-tailored delivery schedules that correspond to their individual needs. We pre-finance 100% of all executed framework agreements.
IC Chip's entire warehouse is state-of-the-art, both in terms of technology and organization. All workflows, especially those in quality assurance, have been precisely defined, are continuously optimized, and are also adapted on an individual basis in response to customer audits. Our primary focus, especially with our framework agreements, is on the quality of the packaging, which is inspected at regular intervals to ensure its integrity and, if necessary, replace it.
