Andrea Havelaar and Isabell Stanic are a female management team with many years of success in the electronics industry under their belts – and they are true pioneers in this otherwise male-dominated sector. They believe strongly that having two high-powered women at the helm of their business is a unique selling proposition and part of the secret to their success.
Prior to founding IC Chip, Andrea Havelaar was a sales manager at Classic Electronic GmbH in Willich for eleven years before accepting a position as sales representative at Star Electronic GmbH & Co. KG in Brüggen. At the turn of the millennium, Isabell Stanic joined her as her second-in-command. They look back together on many years of teamwork and a longstanding deep bond of friendship. In 2012, they combined their extensive professional experience, their successful teamwork, their exchange of knowledge as they constantly expanded their expertise, and their joint development of relationships with customers and suppliers to found IC Chip Elektronik GmbH.
